This wellness space became part of a large-scale residential complex project developed by SOIDIS studio for a German developer. The goal was to create a private recreation area for residents where they could relax at any time of the year.

The interior is designed in light, natural tones with an emphasis on wood, stone, and live plants. The space includes a swimming pool, sauna, relaxation area with hanging loungers, soft armchairs, a kitchen, and two separate small foot baths — with hot and cold water.

Panoramic windows overlooking the landscaped area, natural textures, and subdued lighting create an atmosphere of calm and balance.
