This interior was designed for an apartment building undergoing complete renovation. We created designs for several typical apartments tailored to the needs of families who will be renting long-term.

Atmosphere and palette

The main goal was to create a comfortable, cozy, and modern environment—versatile, but not faceless. Warm neutral tones, wooden textures, olive accents, and subdued lighting create an atmosphere of tranquility.

Functionality was a key criterion: convenient zoning, optimized storage space, well-thought-out kitchen ergonomics, and bright interiors—all designed to help future residents quickly adapt and feel at home.
