About the project
The kitchen-living room was designed taking into account the existing gray minimalist kitchen and characteristic industrial parquet flooring, which can be seen throughout the apartment. We did not change the existing elements, but delicately complemented them — we diluted the restrained color scheme with warm wood and olive accents in the form of decorative pillows, abstract wall art, and textiles. Thanks to this, the space acquired a softer, more cozy character.

Option 2
The bedroom retains a soft overall tone—light wood and delicate pastel shades create an atmosphere of calm and harmony. Next to the bed is a small console dressing table with a folding mirror — a compact and intimate solution for daily rituals that does not disrupt the compositional integrity. Large but visually light pendant lamps made of transparent material play a special role. They add delicate accents to the interior in the Japanese style, combining aesthetics with lightness.
The home office serves a dual purpose—it is both a work area and a dressing room. A built-in mirror with lighting, hidden storage systems, a soft pouf, and comfortable furniture create an environment for working, grooming, storing things, and trying on clothes. The space remains light and airy and fits harmoniously into the overall style of the apartment.
The interiors of both bathrooms are designed in a laconic minimalist style. The decoration is based on a combination of small-format tiles in natural shades and large-format matte tiles, which create a distinctive rhythm. The warm wood furniture and laconic brass-colored sanitary ware support the restrained palette, adding sophistication to the interior. Niches and closed storage systems, delicately integrated into the architecture of the room, provide functionality without visual overload.
One of the client’s wishes was to create a lounge area for guests with the possibility of installing a grill or barbecue. We filled the space with plants, added soft wicker furniture, pastel-colored textiles, and atmospheric lighting, which helped to create a cozy area for informal communication and relaxation with friends — at any time of the day.
