SOIDIS studio is a team of architects and interior designers with over 5 years of experience in creating private and commercial spaces. We design modern, functional, and aesthetically balanced interiors and architectural solutions, always taking into account the individual needs of the client.

Founder of SOIDIS studio, architect, and interior designer.
My professional approach has been shaped by my education in architecture, artistic background, practical experience working in architectural firms in Ukraine and Slovakia, and participation in projects for German investors. I have worked on private and commercial projects in various countries, gaining international experience and a deep understanding of modern requirements for architecture and design.
Starting my own studio was a logical step — a desire to implement ideas that I truly believe in. It is important for me to create spaces that are not only functional and aesthetic, but also convey meaning and emotion. Spaces that work for people.

My specialty is innovative design that combines architecture and engineering into a single digital system. I work at the intersection of creativity and analytics, where everything is important — from the idea to the precise calculation.
My experience includes BIM coordination, technical management, and the creation of digital models that allow for the analysis of an object, the formation of estimates, and the planning of construction logistics at the design stage.
It is important to me that projects are not only aesthetic but also technologically sound, budget-optimized, and logistically efficient. I believe that the future of architecture lies in digital technology that delivers real results. The founding of the SOIDIS studio was a way for us to implement an approach that combines aesthetics with technology.

Introduction and briefing
Our collaboration begins with a personal meeting or an online call. We ask guiding questions to better understand your needs, lifestyle, and functional and aesthetic expectations. Based on our discussion, we create a questionnaire and prepare a project brief (design brief) that forms the basis for further work. If drawings are available, we review them. After that, we provide a commercial offer.

Room measurement or site analysis
To create an accurate project, we need reliable measurements or source data. This is possible:
- Remotely: the client sends measurements, we consult via video call and provide instructions.
- In person: we visit the site, take measurements, and clarify technical details.

SPACE PLANNING
We develop several functional layout options for the interior or architectural project. We present them as 2D plans and axonometric 3D models so that the solution is clear both visually and logically. Our goal is to make the space work for you.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We select the color palette, materials, and stylistic and architectural direction based on the project brief. At this stage, we create mood boards and collages that convey the atmosphere of the future space — both interior and exterior.

3D visualization and material selection
Once the concept is approved, we create realistic and detailed 3D visualizations that show your future interior or exterior down to the smallest detail. At the same time, we select materials, furniture, and equipment, and refine all elements according to the final vision.

WORKING DOCUMENTATION
The final stage is the preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for implementation. The quantity and level of detail depend on the scope of the project. The documentation is developed for the convenience of builders, installers, and suppliers.
